Layered Mexican Dip
ingredients
- 39 ml can re-fried beans
- 3 avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 35 g taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 398 ml olives, chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 kg bag of tortilla chips

Spread re-fried beans in the bottom of a 9“x12” lasagna dish

Combine avocado and lemon juice until blended. Spread over top of beans.

Combine sour cream and taco mix until blended and smooth over top.

Sprinkle with cheese, loves, tomatoes and onions.

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Serve cold or heat briefly in microwave and serve warm
