Shephard's Pie

ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 TBS worchester sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped onions or 1 tsp. onion powder or onion flakes
- 2 cloves minced garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 TBS Ketchup
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Instant mashed potatoes
- Cheddar Cheese

Combine in a mixing bowl lightly beaten egg, worchester sauce, ketchup, onion and garlic.

Add raw ground beef and mix together. Mix bread crumbs in.

Add a bit of salt and pepper. Add milk slowly till moist.

Place into casserole dish and cook on 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Take out of oven and drain grease.

Add cooked instant mashed potatoes to the top of meat casserole. sprinkle with salt and pepper and then light layer of cheddar cheese. Cook for another 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
