Sausage Cheese Grits

ingredients

  • 2 cups Sausage, browned & drained
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup grits
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8-10 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs, beaten and Milk to make 1 cup
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt

directions

Place browned Sausage in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Cook together water, grits, and salt until thickened. Add to grits: Cheese, Eggs and milk, and Garlic Salt. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
