Sausage Cheese Grits
Great for Special Occasions
ingredients
- 2 cups Sausage, browned & drained
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup grits
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8-10 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs, beaten and Milk to make 1 cup
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
directions
Place browned Sausage in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Cook together water, grits, and salt until thickened. Add to grits: Cheese, Eggs and milk, and Garlic Salt. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
