Mom's Chili

ingredients

  • Minced Onion
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 2 lb. cans Kidney Beans
  • 1 can V-8 Juice
  • 2 Beef Bullion Cubes
  • 2 Tbs. Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 28 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
  • Salt and Pepper

    Brown the beef and onion and then drain. Add tomatoes, V-8 juice and seasonings. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Add kidney beans and simmer for another 1/2 hour.
