Pizza Dough
ingredients
- 1 cup water (or flat beer)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 (2) tbsp sugar or honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups (10 oz) all purpose flour
- 1 package active dry yeast

Mix yeast, warm water for about 5 minutes, then add sugar. Add then mix in flour, salt, oil; knead, then spray bowl with cooking spray (roll dough around to keep top moist); cover with moistened dishtowel, let rise for 1.5-2 hours, until doubled in size.

Put pizza stone in oven, preheat to 450 (let heat up for about 40 minutes).

divide into 2/4 parts, roll into balls and let rise about 5 minutes. roll out with rolling pin into circles and let rise a few minutes.

dust peel with flour, put dough on peel (dry side down). Add layer of olive oil/garlic salt/cheese/toppings.

bake at 450 for 6-10 minutes until browned.
