Cheddar Cheese Olive Balls
Mom used to make toaster tray after toaster tray of these. She served them to us while we laid on the “big pillow” in front of the TV. Thanks Mom!
ingredients
- 1 cup sharp grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- Dash salt
- Generous dash of cayenne
- Drained green olives
directions
Mix all ingredients sans olives. Roll olive into ball of dough. Put on a small sheet pan to freeze. Preheat oven to 400°. From freezer, bake balls for 12 minutes.
