Sausage Casserole
ingredients
- 2 pounds mild sausage
- olive oil
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 2 large celery stalks, chopped
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 2 packages dry chicken noodle soup mix
- 6 ounce package herb rice

Remove sausage from its casing and cook until crumbly in a large skillet over a medium-high heat. Remove sausage from skillet draining off the fat. Add olive oil, onions and celery. Saute 2 to 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Return sausage to skillet mixture.

Preheat oven at 350

Pour entire mixture into a 13x9 casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes.
