Gulliver's Cream Corn
Jill gave us this recipe and we made it on Thanksgiving. With a few tweaks it is excellent!
ingredients
- 3 16 oz. bags frozen corn
- salt and pepper
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- cayenne pepper
- 16 oz. whipping cream
- 1/2 onion
- Parmesan cheese
directions

1. Melt butter in a big pan

2. Saute onion.

3. Add flour and stir until thickens.

4. Add cream while stirring.

5. Add everything else and stir until corn is no longer frozen.

6. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan.

7. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
