Tea Sandwiches: Turkey and Jam
ingredients
- Dietz and Watson smoked turkey slice
- Mayo
- Salt and Pepper
- Seedless Raspberry Jam
- Pepperidge Farm Raisin Bread
directions
Slice off hard edge of turkey slice and ground in food processor. Mix turkey, mayo, salt and pepper. Spread thin layer of jam on bread and then spread turkey mixture. cut off crusts and then into triangles.

To store Sandwiches in Tupperware type container: Place damp papertowel over top layer of sandwiches. It is fine to make the mixes the day before, but the sandwiches are best if assembled day-of.
