Italian Roast Beef Sandwiches

ingredients
- 3 lb. beef roast
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 12 oz. can beer
- 8 oz. pepperoncini
- 1 can beef broth
- deli hoagie rolls
- mozzarella or swiss cheese

Cook roast in crock pot for 8-10 hours.

Slice roast. Layer roast beef, cheese and pepperoncini on the hoagie rolls.
