Thanksgiving Cranberry Salad
ingredients
- 1 pound cranberries, ground
- 1 whole orange, ground
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 3 oz. boxes cherry Jello
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup mimi-marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
directions
Let ground cranberries, orange, and sugar set overnight. Mix Jello with warm water. Pour into 9x13 Pyrex dish and put in refrigerator. When it starts to gel, add pecans, marshmallows, celery, and cranberry mixture. Refrigerate until well set.
