Renee's Sweet Pumpkin Bread

ingredients
- 5 1/4 cups flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cloves
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 Tablespoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 6 eggs
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 29-ounce can pumpkin puree
- 2 1/2 cups walnuts chopped

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Grease 5 loaf pans

In large mixing bowl blend eggs, sugar and oil until fluffy.

Gradually add flour mixture, alternating with the cup of water

until the batter is smooth.

Add canned pumpkin and mix thoroughly.

Stir in walnuts.

Pour into prepared 5 loaf pans

Bake for 55-70 minutes

Cool on racks for 10 minutes then turn bread out of pans and cool completely.

This freezes well. Wrap in plenty of plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil...
