CHICKEN- Sesame Grilled Chicken
ingredients
- 5 to 6 lbs meaty chicken pieces or two 2 1/2 -3 lb fryers quartered
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 3 TBSP sesame seeds
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 TBSP grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp freshly grated ground black pepper

1. If desired, remove skin from chicken. Place chicken in self sealing plastic bag set in shallow dish.

2. For marinade, in bowl combine oil, wine, soy sauce, green onions, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger, dry mustard, and pepper. Pour marinade over chicken; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.

3. Preheat grill, reduce heat to medium. Adjust for indirect cooking. Grill until no longer pink. Turning once halfway through grilling and brushing frequently with about half of the reserved marinade.
