Veggie Pizza Squares
ingredients
- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 2 pgks cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 1 Tbsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1/4 finely chopped sweet onion
directions
Unroll both tubes of crescent dough and lay flat on to a 9 x 13 baking sheet, not greased. Make sure bottom is covered. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Sit and let cool. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, mild, dill and garlic salt until smooth. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, onions and any other veggies you may have. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut into squares and refrigerate leftovers.
notes
You may add more veggies for different taste and color.
