Green Dessert

Actually called: “Favorite Dessert from the House of Lucy” Shaun’s Favorite
ingredients
- 1 T. gelatin
- 1/2 c. thin cream
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. green coloring
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- water
directions

Dissolve gelatin in 4 T. water.

Scald thin cream and sugar. Add flavoring and coloring. Add gelatin mix.

Cool gelatin and cream mix. (Don’t let it get cold)

Whip pint of cream. Fold first mix into whipped cream. Place in refridgerator. Serve with chocolate.
