Greek Salad
ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce, chopped big
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 cucumber, cut into wedges
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup black or Greek olives, sliced
- 3/4 cup cubed or crumbled feta cheese
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp oregano

Make dressing and refrigerate

Make salad.

Toss with dressing before serving
