  • - Chicken (Thighs, Drums or Breast) cut into 2 inch pieces

  • - Soy Sauce (Cherry Vinegar if available)

  • - Lemon (thickly sliced)

  • - Water (about a ladel)

  • - Fresh thyme

  • - Honey

  • - Parsley

  • - Salt & Pepper

  • - brown

  • - add soy sauce and vinegar

  • - add lemon

  • - add water

  • - reduce

  • - add thyme

  • - add honey and parsley
