CHEESECAKE
ingredients
- 2-8oz pkgs cream cheese softened
- 1 lb creamed cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream

Preheat oven to 325*. Grease 9 inch spring form pan.

In large bowl beat the cream cheese and cottage cheese on high speed until well combined

Gradually beat in sugar then eggs at low speed

Add corn starch, flour, lemon juice, zest, vanilla, melted butter and sour cream

Beat just till smooth and pour in pan

Bake 1 hour and 10 min or until firm around the edges.
