  • 1 15-ounce can white corn (drained)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/4c fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium tomato (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (~6 limes)
