Green Beans Vinaigrette

Serve these hot or cold. Be sure to keep the beans crisp.

ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp each salt, sugar, dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp each basil, oregano, marjoram, pepper
  • 6 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 lbs green beans, steamed

directions

Whisk together oil, lemon juice, garlic, seasonings and herbs. Toss with onions and warm beans
