Green Beans Vinaigrette
Serve these hot or cold. Be sure to keep the beans crisp.
ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp each salt, sugar, dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp each basil, oregano, marjoram, pepper
- 6 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 lbs green beans, steamed
directions
Whisk together oil, lemon juice, garlic, seasonings and herbs. Toss with onions and warm beans
