White Chocolate Bon Bons

ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 cups rice krispie cereal
- 1 pound white chocolate coating
directions
Bring sugar and corn syrup to boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir in rice krispie cereal. Will be sticky. Using butter hands, roll into 2 inch balls. Place on a tray lined with wax paper. Dip into melted white chocolate. Let cool to set. Keep in tightly covered container so that they do not become too hard.
