Jenny's Ooey Gooey Pumpkin Bars
ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 package of yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1-8 oz pack of cream cheese, softened
- 1-15 oz can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick of butter melted
- 1-16 oz package of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients for crust and push into bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9 pan.

Beat cream cheese and pumpkin, add eggs, vanilla, butter. Then add powdered sugar little at a time, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread over crust. Bake 45 mins. Center should be slightly gooey.

Whip cream the top!
