  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
  • 1 can (20 oz.) cherry pie filling

    Make It

    BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.

    SPOON into crust.

    REFRIGERATE 3 hours or overnight. Top with pie filling just before serving. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

    I make this a little bit sweeter by adding a cup of powdered sugar and only one pkg cream cheese. My mom named this 'Christmas pie' but we serve it all the time and call it 'holiday pie'!

    I make this Cherry Cheesecake a lot for my family...They absolutely love it!!! If you have a sweet tooth you'l definitely love this recipe, it only takes a few minutes and can be made days before an event...if you can keep the family from eating it;)
