ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground fresh black pepper
  • 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 6 small onions, sliced
  • 9 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled OR I prefer Armour Real Bacon Crumbles
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese(not shredded)I always go for reduced fat cheeses when available
