Bok Choy
Aunt Lori’s Bok Choy
ingredients
- 1 bunch bok choy, sliced
- 1 pkg 16oz shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 pkg ramen noodles, oriental flavor
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 5 TBSP rice wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 TBSP soy sauce
- 3/4 pkg. Oriental flavor packet

Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and flavor packet in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles, in a separate large bowl. Pour oil mixture over vegetables and mix well. Chill for at least 2 hours

Crush noodles and add to mixture about half an hour before serving.
