Rhubarb Torte
ingredients
- Bottom Crust:
- 2 Cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 4 TBSP sugar
- 2 TBSP butter
- 4 TBSP canned milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- For the Filling:
- 6 Cups diced rhubarb
- 2 small pkg. strawberry jello, dry
- 2/3 Cup sugar
- For the Topping:
- 1 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup flour
- 1/2 Cup butter

Preheat oven to 350°

Prepare a large cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all bottom crust ingredients together in a bowl and pour into cake pan. Pat in down with your fingertips to form a crust.

In a separate bowl mix all filling ingredients together and pour over crust.

Mix all topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top filling.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
