Snappy Cheese Crisps
ingredients
- 250g Imperial Sharp cold-pack cheddar cheese, crumbled*
- 1/2 cup butter*
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
- room temperature

Preheat oven to 350

In a food processor combine cheese, butter, flour & cayenne. Process until thick and creamy (20-30 seconds).

Transfer to medium mixing bowl. Add Rice Krispies and mix by hand.

Scoop by tablespoon and roll into small balls. Lay on a parchment lined baking tray. Flatten slightly with a fork dipped in cold water.

Bake in preheated over 12-15 minutes.
