Cauliflower Salad
ingredients
Salad- 4 c thinly sliced raw cauliflower
- 1 c coarsely chopped pitted black olives
- 2/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped pimento
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 3 T. white wine vinegar
- 2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper

Blend all dressing ingredients.

Mix dressing with all ingredients.

Refrigerate 4 hours.
