Amanda's Savory Pot Roast
This is a quick and easy meal that is great to have when you are at work, or school :-), all day. Accompany with Sister Schubert’s frozen dinner rolls (the best rolls ever) and you have yourself a delicious, hot meal waiting for you and Ryan when you get home :-)
ingredients
- 1- 10 3/4 oz can Cambell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1- 14 oz can Beef Broth
- 1 pkg Lipton Onion Mix
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast
- Baby carrots
- 5 baked potatoes
- 1 1/2 vidalia onions
- Celery

Preheat oven to 475°.
- 2
In a mixng bowl, combine the first three ingredients and set aside.

Rinse chuck roast with cold water and set in a large roasting pan.

Peel potatoes and halve, slice onions (thick), and cut celery into 1" chunks.

Throw all the vegetables in with the pot roast.

Pour mixture on top and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 275° for 5 hours.
