Lumpia
ingredients
- 12 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb shrimp, finely chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 4 pieces dried mushrooms, soaked, then chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 30-35 lumpia or egg roll wrapper

In a bowl, combine first five ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Blend in egg and soy sauce. Beat mixture thoroughly

Open wrapper. At one end of wrapper, spoon about 2 TBSP of beef mixture and roll tightly. Brush wind of wrapper with water to seal.

Deep fat-fry until browned.
