  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons good red or champagne wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 dollop Dijon mustard

    Mix all ingredient’s together in a small jar or glass. Mix with a small whisk, fork or shake in a jar with a lid, until emulsified.

    Serve over mesclun greens or romaine lettuce.
