ingredients

Crust
  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (1 pkg from box)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
Filling
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg (4 servings) instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk

    1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 pan, chill.

    2. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 Tbsp milk until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip- spread over crust.

    3. Using 3 1/2 cup milk prepare pudding as pkg, pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours.

    4. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding- garnish with grated chocolate.
