Tim's Favorite Mashed Potatoes

One of Tim’s favorites! This recipe makes potatoes taste like a million. Fast and delicious.
ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes, pared and quartered (9 large)
- 2 (3 oz) pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp butter

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain well.

Mash until smooth with potato masher. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper, and butter. Beat with whisk or potato masher until smooth and fluffy.
