White Chocolate Pumpkin Dreams

ingredients
Cookies- 2 sticks softened butter
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 2 cups flour-pack it down in cup
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 T butter
- 1/4 cup milk or half and half
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°. Place wrack in middle. Spray sheets with Pam or use parchment paper.

Mix sugars together until color is uniform. Add butter and cream until light and fluffy. Add egg, Mix thoroughly.

Stir in baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Mix in spices. Add pumpkin and mix until smooth. Add flour in 1/2 cup increments stirring after each addition until smooth. Stir in chips and pecans.

Drop by teaspoon full onto cookie sheet, leaving ample space in between. Cookies spread out. Bake 12-14 minutes and remove from oven. Let rest on sheet for 2 minutes before removing to rack to completely cool.
Frosting Directions

In saucepan, bring brown sugar and putter to boil over med-high heat. Boil 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Pull off heat and let cool 10 minutes.

Add milk and beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar in 1/2 cup increments until of spreading consistency. Lightly frost cookies and store.
