Salom with Red Curry-Coconut Sauce

I wasn’t sure if you liked Salmon, but this is such a good recipe I thought to include it.

ingredients

  • 1 13-1/2 ounce can coconut milk
  • 1 cup tomato basil sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3/4 cube shrimp flavor bouillon
  • 1/4-1 teaspoon red curry paste
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 4 6 to 8 ounce Salmon fillets
  • Vegetable oil
  • Cooked Rice
