Garlic mashed potatoes
This is enough for a large Thanksgiving meal.
ingredients
- 8 to 10 large potatoes
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 1 stick of salted butter
- 2 tsp onion powder
- Heavy cream or milk
- Salt
- Pepper
directions
Boil potatoes with skin on until tender. Saute peeled garlic in a pan until golden. In a bowl mash potatoes with skin along with garlic, butter and onion powder while adding cream/milk until potatoes are creamy. Then salt and pepper to taste.
