  • 2 cups crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Soda

    Blend peanut butter and butter into a cream mixture. Cream sugars and salt thoroughly. Beat eggs; one at a time. Add vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.

    Sift together flour and soda. Gradually blend into cream mixture.

    Form into 1“ balls place 2” apart on uncreased cookie sheet. With floured fork make a criss-cross design to flatten. Bake 350* 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
