Peanut Brittle Cookies
ingredients
- 3/4 Cup brown sugar
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 Cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups AP flour
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 Cup See’s Peanut Brittle (crushed)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cream together brown sugar, sugar and butter.

3. Add peanut butter and eggs (one at a time). Mix together well.

4. In a separate bowl, sift flour, salt and baking powder.

5. Mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.

6. Add the crushed See’s Peanut Brittle.

7. Roll dough into small balls, flatten with a fork and place on a greased cookie sheet.

8. Bake for 15 minutes.
