Sugar Cookies

ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 to 3 tsp vanilla
- Mix together:
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cups flour
directions
Mix dry ingredients into moist ingredients. Roll into balls, place on cookie sheets and flatten with sugarcoated bottom of a drinking glass or cookie press. Bake in oven at 350° until done.
