  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large Organic Valley eggs
  • 1 cup Organic Valley buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons Organic Valley butter, melted
  • 1 cup corn kernels cut from the cob
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
