Simple Vegan Pesto
ingredients
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 6 tablespoons pine nuts
- 6 tablespoons olive oil

1. Put the basil, nuts, garlic and salt into a food processor or good blender. Process until everything is finely chopped.

2. Add the oil and process until everything is worked in together. Enjoy.

Alternately: chop basil and garlic by hand, then use a mortar and pestle to mix.
