Pesto
ingredients
- 2 c fresh-picked basil
- 1/4 c pine nuts
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- splash lemon juice
- 1/4-1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
directions
Put all except olive oil in food processor and pulse a couple times. Steam in olive oil or some olive oil and some water (lower fat) until the right consistency.
