Chicken Francese

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. flour

- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- pepper

In a soucepan, melt butter

Add chicken broth, lemon juice and garlic

Stir in flour and pepper

Coat chicken in flour and dip into 2 beaten eggs

Cook in saute pan
