Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Roast
Great for making sandwiches or over rice or mashed potatoes
ingredients
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 TBSP vinegar
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 lb boneless pork roast

Combine all ingredients except the roast in the slow cooker. Mix well, then add roast.

Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours. Remove roast. Shred the meat and return it to the sauce. If sauce is too thin, sprinkle some about 2 TBSP flour into the crock-pot and mix well, let simmer for a little longer until thick.
