HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
ingredients
- 2# bag frozen hashbrowns (thawded enough to seperate)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 16 oz sour cream
- salt & pepper
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 c ritz crackers- crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients except toppings. place in LARGE casserole that’s sprayed with Pam.

combine topping ingredients - sprinkle on casserole.

Bake 350° for 45 - 50 minutes.
