Stuffed Artichokes
ingredients
- artichokes
- bread crumbs
- parmesan cheese
- olives, chopped (optional)
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

Wash and dry the artichokes. Remove the leaves close to the stem. Cut the stem so they will stand and pound the top so it will open up.

Mix together the remaining ingredients and then stuff the leaves. Either bake in the oven or steam on top of stove until leaves are soft and come apart easily.
