  • 2 medium leeks, trimmed, washed and sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

  • small handful fresh thyme, leaves picked
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 1 wineglass of white wine
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 9 oz. pork sausages
  • 1 lb. pkg. puff pastry
