- 2 medium leeks, trimmed, washed and sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 wineglass of white wine
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- 9 oz. pork sausages
- 1 lb. pkg. puff pastry
