ingredients
- 1 package (17.3 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 slices bacon, diced
- 2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped mushrooms (about 8 ounces)
- 2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
- OR 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
