Boston Baked Beans
ingredients
- 1pound navy beans
- 1/2 pound salt pork, sliced
- 1 med. onion, sliced (I chop mine)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 cups Hot water (Ionly use 2 cups)

WASH BEANS & SOAK OVER NIGHT!

Drain water off & put beans in cooker.

Mix ingredients into beans.

Add hot water - turn control to high for 3-6 hours. Lower to low for another 3-5 hours or until done

Occasionally stir.
