ingredients

Meat Filling
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Hamburg
  • 1 Can Spinach (drained and cut up)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated Cheese
  • Onion Salt
  • Garlic Salt
Ricotta Filling
  • 1 Pound Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 Pound Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • Dash of Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Shells
  • 1 Package Shells or Manicotti
  • 32 Ounces Spaghetti Sauce

Shells

  • 1

    Boil water with salt and 1 teaspoon of oil

  • 2

    Cook shells in boiling water for 15 minutes

  • 3

    Drain in cold water

Meat Filling

  • 1

    Fry hanburg until browned

  • 2

    Add seasonings and mix well

  • 3

    Mix hamburg, spinach and eggs

  • 4

    Cool

  • 5

    Fill cooked shells

Ricotta Filling

  • 1

    Mix all ingredients together

  • 2

    Do not cook

    Fill cooked shells

Stuffed Shells/Manicotti

    Spread layer of sauce in bottom of baking dish

  • 2

    Place shells in pan and cover with sauce

  • 3

    Bake 350° for 30 minutes coveredUncover abd cook an addtional 10-15 minutes

  • 4

    Let ricotta shells set 15-30 minutes to sel filling
