Stuffed Shells or Manicotti
Hearty, Quick and Simple
ingredients
Meat Filling- 1 1/2 Pounds Hamburg
- 1 Can Spinach (drained and cut up)
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated Cheese
- Onion Salt
- Garlic Salt
- 1 Pound Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 Pound Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- Dash of Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Package Shells or Manicotti
- 32 Ounces Spaghetti Sauce

Shells

Boil water with salt and 1 teaspoon of oil

Cook shells in boiling water for 15 minutes

Drain in cold water
Meat Filling

Fry hanburg until browned

Add seasonings and mix well

Mix hamburg, spinach and eggs

Cool

Fill cooked shells
Ricotta Filling
- 1
Mix all ingredients together

Do not cook

Fill cooked shells
Stuffed Shells/Manicotti

Spread layer of sauce in bottom of baking dish

Place shells in pan and cover with sauce

Bake 350° for 30 minutes coveredUncover abd cook an addtional 10-15 minutes

Let ricotta shells set 15-30 minutes to sel filling
